Clubhouse Closed Until Further Notice

Dear Owners,
As we continue to monitor developments regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have determined it is in the best interest of our community to take the following precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our residents.
Effective Immediately the below actions will be taken at Emerald Green. The decisions and actions noted below have been reached by your community Board of Directors.
Clubhouse and Fitness Center Temporary Closures
  • All indoor facilities will be temporarily closed from general use.
  • All group/club activities, classes, meetings and events are to be postponed until further notice.
We look forward to returning the facilities back to normal operations once the CDC and government officials provide us with clear communications that the pandemic challenge has eased and we are no longer in a position where your safety could be compromised. Thank you for your understanding and for doing your part in keeping your fellow residents and our community safe.

RESIDENTS
**IMPORTANT NOTICE – REVISED**

Dear Owners,

While the Board of Directors feels it is in the best interest of our community to heed the advice of the CDC and NC Governor by making simple changes to our daily lives to reduce the spread of this highly contagious virus, the Board has received some push back regarding the use of the fitness room at the clubhouse.

Short of changing the locks to the clubhouse, each resident has a key to the facility and the Board will not prevent residents from entering. If you wish to use the facilities despite the recommendations of health officials to reduce the possibility of contracting and/or spreading this virus, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. Please be reminded that our cleaning service is only contracted to come twice per month. There will be no increase in cleaning services to accommodate those that wish to continue using the fitness room.
Note: Clubhouse reservations and planned community events will continue to be suspended until further notice.
We look forward to returning the facilities back to normal operations once the CDC and government officials provide us with clear communications that the pandemic challenge has eased and we are no longer in a position where your safety could be compromised.
